Facilities / Capabilities
State-of-the-art GMP facility opened in June 2004 encompassing over 50,000 square feet. The facility houses 4 process R&D labs, 5 GMP Kilo Lab Suites, 2 Mini-plant Suites (reactors up to 100 gallon), 2 Plant Suites (reactors up to 500 gallon), 2 Hydrogenation Suites, 3 drying suites, Analytical Laboratories, and storage. Capable of handling reactions from -80°C to 250°C and pressures up to 300 PSI. Routinely handle organolithium and Grignard reactions, azides and phosgene with particular expertise in palladium and nickel catalyzed coupling reactions, including Suzuki, Stille, Heck, Sonogashira, and Negishi; as well as heterocyclic reactions, biphenyls and fluorenes, nucleosides, carbohydrates, and phosphitylating reagents.
